low Carb Wholegrain Wrap (or low carb wholegrain pizza base)

tomato paste

oregano 

basil

salt & pepper

extra virgin olive oil

toppings:

thinly sliced cooked chicken breast

preferred veggies

low fat mozarella

Instructions:

Place the tomato paste in a bowl and add the herbs.

mix through with a dash of extra virgin olive oil.

Brush the tomato mix onto the wrap or pizza base evenly, leaving 1-2cm on the edges.

Slice veggies in very thin slices and set aside.

First add some of the mozzarella on the bottom, then add the sliced veggies & chicken. Last but not least, add the rest of cheese.

Season with salt & pepper. add touch more herbs and put it in the oven.

Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on chosen veggies on medium heat. 

Tip: Try adding some cooked lean beef mince or prawns.
