120g lean beef
carrot - shredded
onion - thinly sliced
parsley- finely chopped
sprinkle light mozzarella or
1 sclice of swiss cheese
salt & pepper
tsp garlic powder
tomato - sliced
1 tsp mild english mustard
1 wholemeal bread roll
extra virgin olive oil
Put the mince in a bowl and add the onion, carrot, parsley & spices (except salt)
Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Heat fry pan and spray with little oil.
Make patties, sprinkle with salt & pepper and put them in the fry pan.
Cook until brown on each side and put them in a tray. Sprinkle with little mozzarella or add thin slice of swiss cheese.
Put it in the oven for 10 min or to your liking.
Slice the tomato and prepare spinach leaves.
Cut the bread roll in half and put mustard on one half.
Take out the patties and place on on the bun.
Add Slice of tomato and spinach. Enjoy.
Tip: Yoghurt & dill taste amazing in burgers or just take the bread rolls away and have it as rissoles.
